Course Description

In acupuncture the needling technique is the secret to success. Most practitioners master a basic set of just a few needling techniques. However, if you would like to improve your treatment results, you will need to master more sophisticated needling techniques. During this course you will learn around 50 needling techniques. The next step is that you're able to make an acupuncture point formula following the principles of Li Fa Fang Xue. This course will address this important aspect as well.

What you will learn during this course

During this course you will learn the following:

  • Module 1: advanced meridianology according to the Huang Di Nei Jing Ling Shu. All meridians and their pathways are explained, as well as the terminology - what did the Chinese really mean.
  • Module 2: advanced diagnosis and acupuncture formulas. Important aspects of TCM diagnosis for acupuncture. The 10 acupuncture treatment methods. The roles of the selected points in the formula. Example acupuncture formulas of TCM masters.
  • Module 3: 26 Nei Jing classical needling techniques.
  • Module 4: 15 "artistic" needling techniques, Jin San Zhen, xiao yao school thin needling, and zhu style scalp acupuncture.

After this course

After this course you will be able to use a wide variety of acupuncture needling techniques fitting the problems at hand. You will also be able to make an acupuncture point formula - another important step toward a more successful treatment.
