Course Description

After many requests from students and practitioners the first acupuncture formula course is a fact.
Nowadays, many acupuncturists have a challenge when it comes to defining an effective acupuncture point formula for complex diseases.
This course is meant to overcome this challenge by offering 60 acupuncture formulas for modern complex diseases. These complex diseases are zang-fu disorders and internal diseases often outside the reach of an acupuncturist.
As you know, zang-fu disorders and internal diseases are the domain of Chinese Herbal Medicine. However, to assist the acupuncturist in the treatment of these disorders and diseases, this course is discussing 60 acupuncture formulas to get you started and extent your toolbox so to speak.
Note that these acupuncture formulas do not replace Chinese herbal medicine.

We strongly recommend that you have followed the course Advanced Acupuncture: Meridianology, Point Nature, and Formula Creation first. The motivation behind this is that you will be able to grasp the essence of the 60 formulas to a deeper level.
Just using an acupuncture formula without understanding its nature will not support effective treatment.

This two-day course is not a part of the Advanced Classical Needling course.
It is part of the Advanced Course Series; Advanced courses where students can reach an advanced level in acupuncture.

What you will learn during this course

During this course you will learn the following:
60 classical acupuncture formulas for today’s complex diseases, i.e. zang-fu disorders and internal diseases.
